"I have been a ME customer now for over 3 years. My experience in the Cheswold unit was awful, then I went to Elton, the people their made an effort to help, no success, then to Bear, same situation, problem not solved. PROBLEM: aids won’t stay in my ears. #2: they keep going in and out. #3phone app does not work. I think this is rediculous after paying thousands of dollars for hearing aids. I would like to say that l will no longer seek help from Miracle Ear. It has been a disgusting, frustrating, stressful experience."
