"If I could give less than 1 star, I would! Have been calling for a week to get my basic maintenance meds refilled for blood pressure, thyroid, anxiety. On Monday, was told they'd put in the request to Dr Pula and he has 3 days to send in script. Okay. Called pharmacy on Wednesday afternoon. No refills. Called office and was told, rudely I might add, well he has 3 days. I understand that, but I called on Monday. It's now Wednesday. I'm pretty sure that's 3 days! Okay, not going to waste my time arguing with this genius, so I'll call back tomorrow. Called the pharmacy Thursday AM, no scripts. Called Dr office and this time was told they'd put in an expedited request, because this person I talked to agreed that day 3 was YESTERDAY and should've been filled. Called pharmacy that afternoon, still no script. Called Dr again on my way home from work that evening, and another person said they'd expedite it. Friday AM, called pharmacy - surprise! NOTHING! Called Dr and was told they'd expedite it to the front desk and I would have meds by EOD. Called pharmacy that evening, wow - still no script! Called Dr again - it's being expedited. Really? I'll believe it when I see it! Saturday AM - called pharmacy - shocker - nothing! So here it is, Monday again and already called Dr. office as soon as they opened. Now suddenly they're having issues with everyone's refills and they're so sorry, but they will call the office manager and call me back. Which was 2 hours ago. NOTHING. Needless to say I am livid at this point. It should NOT take a week to get basic meds called in to the pharmacy. These are not controlled substances. Not pain killers that I'm begging for to go sell on the street! I just need my basic maintenance meds. I am now ill because my BP is sky high, every joint/muscle in my body aches, along with extreme exhaustion from not having my thyroid meds (as mine does not function AT ALL) and of course my anxiety is insane and I'm having brain zaps from withdrawal. I've stressed to the office that I am completely out and have been for a week now. It's as though no one cares. I will be finding a new PCP and getting my records transferred. Which is sad, because I have seen Dr. Sachdev (now retired) and/or Dr. Pula since I was 13 years old. North Bay has just lost a 30 year patient due to their blatant negligence! Congrats!!!"
