"I was told by a sales clerk a price on a pocket book. The price that came up on the register was not the price I was told. The store manager would not honor the price because the sales clerk went home for the day. The manager said that if she was still at work or if I knew her name she would. I will never shop at this location again. People don’t go around asking sales clerks for their names. The manager was very wrong be careful. 12/10/2021 worst shopping experience I have ever had."

"I recieved a beautiful Micheal Kors pocketbook as a gift but, it just was to big for me . I like smaller pocketbook so I took it to Gloucester Premium Outlet, to see if I could exchanged it , I didn't have a receipt . I didn't have any problems, the staff was very helpful. I went on a day that had a wonderful sale, I ended up with a smaller pocketbook and I am very happy! Thank you to the wonderful staff there!"
