"JC Penny’s in Deptford Mall in Deptford NJ . The woman’s dress department dressing room is so filthy . The dust on on the top of the half walls and all over the floor is about 2” inches thick and there are bugs crawling around… I was so grossed out I put all the clothes back and left… I already called Corporate and Iet them know.. I hope I can post a photo….i will not return until that place is cleaned… this is uncalled for… clean your store! Who wants to stand in their socks on that nasty floor and try clothes on with bugs crawling around?"
"Had the same experience as Ken posted 3 days ago. Returns & online express pickup have the same line. 4 or 5 cashiers but only 1 staff member on that line. 5 people in the returns/online line, maybe 2 in the checkout line with 4 cashiers. Not a good setup at all. Finally a second cashier shifted lines to help, but it's just poor customer service. Staff was super friendly otherwise. Management needs to step up and change the setup. Little things like this are why online retailers are kicking your tail."
"This is review is of the so called "Express Pickup" for online orders. Went to pick my order during a week night 11/29/23. the line was 4-5 deep all Exchange\Returns. I said can I pickup my package she said the Return line and Express pickup was the same line. Like wait WHAT? who came up with that genius idea. how is that express pickup? Went to the girl next to her in regular Checkout she said I am not trained on online orders, What? it is already paid for just look at my order number and give me package. Terrible and it not even girls fault just management at its worst. So I actually left without picking up my package."
"In the past I’d say 4-5 stars, but since they consolidated the checkout to 2 cashiers for the entire store, you can’t help but be hesitant to shop in-store here. The lines are long and slow. Today there is only 1 store cashier and 1 returns/online pickup."
