"I called to make an appointment and left a voicemail, I received a call back within that same day. We set up the appointment for the week after the call, payment was discussed as well as parking. With covid, baby appointments haven’t been what was expected at all. My partner couldn’t join me in any except the anatomy scan, this appointment however I could bring in 3 people to enjoy the moment with. At 35 weeks, well into my third trimester, we purchased the premier package that came with all the bells and whistles. Thankfully baby was in the perfect position for the appointment, I was made aware that if she weren’t facing us and we weren’t able to get good pictures that a separate appointment would be made free of charge to try again. You can definitely tell that the tech loves her job, it felt like she was part of the family, she was enjoying the appointment just as much as we were. She let dad do part of the scan, gave us so many good pictures and allows for you to record and take pictures on your own devices, even facetime others! She made a great effort trying to get the best heartbeat recording for our stuffed animal and she got a great one! The whole appointment start to finish was amazing, I’d highly recommend going to get this done especially with covid restrictions it’s a great opportunity to really enjoy a baby appointment. With a whole hour to really look at your baby, it’s magical and amazing to see what you’ve built, plus all the keepsakes you’ll have forever with good care. Definitely worth the money!"

"Yesterday was the second time that I have used first impressions for sonograms. My first experience was a few months ago when we found out the gender of our baby. The doctors office would not tell us the gender until our anatomy scan at 19 weeks. We were so blessed to be able to go First Impressions at 16 weeks and find out what we were having. We had a pleasant experience. Although our baby was belly down, after several minutes of trying, she was able to get the baby to turn so that she could see. It was confirmed at our anatomy scan and she was correct. Yesterday at 32 weeks we had our 3D/4D sonogram done. We were all crying within the first few minutes. The images were incredible with the amount of detail. We were able to spend an hour viewing our baby boy and my boyfriend and his son were both allowed to scan my belly making this an incredibly personal experience. Adrienne is so kind and friendly and it is evident that she truest loves what she does! I have recommended First Impressions to all of my friends and will continue to do so. This was such an amazing experience!"

"Went here at 30.3 weeks with my sisters, mom, and dad as a mother's day present for my mom and absolutely loved it. It was amazing to watch my mother's face light up seeing her first grandchild in live 3d for the first time. I can't think of a better gift. Adrienne was an absolute pleasure to work with. Whenever I called she would call back within reason, and answered all of my questions ahead of time. When they day came everything went smoothly. It was great to be able to put a face to my daughter with this service. I recommend it to anyone who is looking into it, either for themselves or as a gift."
