"Insane pricing, it’s a shame these “charities” are concerned with paying their executives rather than helping others. I’ll donate/shop somewhere else."
"Such a shame, used to be one of my favorite thrifts but their prices have gotten out of control. more expensive than the sale sections at most stores in the area. wild considering everything is a donation…I prob won’t stop in again : ( Seems everyone thinks this, you’re going to price yourself out of business!"
"Was once a great thrift store. Well run, good value, pleasurable experience. Now it's a joke. First off, it's operated like a boutique. Everything is considerably overpriced. Guys, it's a thrift store. Your merchandise is donated. Most of your help is low wage. You receive big tax breaks. If you sell an armoire let alone a pair of pants for a quarter, you're probably making a profit. And yet, most of their merch is maybe 30% less then you can buy brand new at any department store. Some items less then that. Also, no returns? Fine. But no dressing room? Absurd. Every thrift store in the area and certainly every chain store allows you to try something on before purchasing. My hope is that the leadership at The Arc, which is a fantastic organization, gets wise to how poorly this once thriving and fun shop is now operating and changes are made. Be better."
"Store is nicely laid out and good assortment of clothes, etc.,. The 2 star review is based on their prices; this is an antiques store masquerading as a thrift store - or just a super over-priced thrift store! $6 t-shirts? Give me a break"
"It is nicely laid out but it's obvious that whomever is responsible for pricing has no conception of value. Items that are worth half as much as they're priced and it's actually worth something priced less . I saw many things I would have liked to buy that were priced double what they're worth And I was able to find one item actually worth something priced fairly and bought it. It really is a shame that thrift stores that used to provide items at thrift store prices. Is trying to imitate antique shops and rip people off."
