"The whole thing was super sketchy. I called a couple days ago to ask if AnyLab took my insurance, The receptionist over the phone said "I don't know, I would have to see it", despite me having told her my insurance and plan specifically. So when I arrived this morning, I asked again if they took my insurance. Again the receptionist said "I don't know, I'd have to look at it" when I tried to give her my insurance card she said no, told me I had to sign in and fill out the paperwork. So, I did, and then I gave her my insurance card and ID. She made a copy and said I owed 59.98 I asked if that was my co-pay. She that was the admin fee, when I asked AGAIN if my insurance was paying for anything, she said "I don't know. It depends on your insurance, " she said this after having made a copy of my insurance card and ID."

Anylabs in Newark is clean and well maintained. During my recent visit, the person in-charge (technician) was smiley, nice and helpful. However, she spoke Spanish and no English! I could hear only Yes or NO!"
