"This was not a positive experience today. I was instructed to arrive by 8:00. The tech strolled in after8:30 and there was someone scheduled before me. This already vastly affected my work schedule. I was put into machine with earplugs but was not offered headphones, or offered a blanket (it was cold). I have always had a positive experience at the concord Pike location, but this was nothing like that. I do not want to go there again."
