"At first my experience wasn’t not pleasant. I didn’t have an appointment and they were a little stern with me. I explained that my doctor said I didn’t one and they explained that wasn’t the case since Covid. My only issue is Covid is done and that most would think the policy was back to before standards. The lady was kind and did get me in and changed my whole opinion of them and this location. I just wished when I got there they understood I was following what I was advised. In the end my blood was drawn and it was all good! They might be 5 stars if they start with a smile! They sure ended with one and I was grateful! Nice building clean location"

"I’m not sure why this location doesn’t have a higher rating. Stoney Batter is a beautiful location in Pike Creek with a very beautiful building. It was easy getting in and out and there was plenty of parking. Because I had an appointment, my wait was no more than two minutes, and I was finished in five minutes total. The staff was courteous and quick. The office was very clean. I would gladly drive a little further than go to the Newark location solely because I liked the area and my experience was worth the trip."
