She opened and held the door for me as she escorted me to the imaging waiting area. After wishing me a good day she was gone and I was left with a relaxed and happy feeling even though I was there for imaging that I was a bit apprehensive about.."

"Wendy was my Mammogram tech today, she was so sweet and personable! She admired my tattoo, and told me some stories about her days working in the hospital since we had that in common, and before you know it, the test was over! This was only my third time getting my yearly mammograms, and it was the best experience I've had! Check-in was easy and the receptionist was efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend this location."

"I started using the Women's Imaging Center some 40+ years ago, and have continued after it was taken over as Delaware Imaging Center. Since it became Delaware Imaging, the timeliness of appointments has drastically changed and not for the better. As an example, the past 2 years have been disappointing. While I had an appointment time and arrived 15 minutes earlier as required, my wait time was an hour from my scheduled appointment time. The waiting room was crowded and a few women, not wearing masks, were coughing. It was difficult to find a seat to distance myself. And yes, I chose to wear my mask. It is apparent that too many people are scheduled for the same time period. Once I was with my technician for my mammogram, the procedure went well and quickly. The technician was very nice and professional. The receptionist who took my payment was very pleasant. However, I do not appreciate such a long wait in a crowded waiting room when everyone has a scheduled appointment."
