"I am very disappointed with the customer service i got. Months ago i had a bill that i tried paying online and over the phone and it was giving me error. Finally was able to speak to someone and gave my information to make the payment. Apparently they never processed the payment and never got their money. It’s been 4-5 months and i get a message that the company has given me to a collection office. I called and the person said i see you called to pay over the phone but the bank never did their part. There is ref number for recorded message and ref number for transaction. Since you are able to see all that why didn’t you try to contact me to finalize the payment and You decided to sell my personal information and my payment is ending to be even more expensive with extra charge fees."
