"I have had multiple experiences with corporate Verizon wireless stores, as well authorized resellers of Verizon products in both Richmond, Va where I previously lived as well as southern Delaware, my current residence. I have found better service, generally at authorized resellers. I recently used the Verizon authorized reseller store located in Milford at N Dupont Highway in front of Walmart. Across the board the staff at this store have provided efficient and knowledgeable assistance. One staff person whose name I don't know, recently assisted me to purchase a phone for my elderly father. While he was helpful in making the purchase I found he applied too much pressure to purchase add ons which we did not need. In contrast, Dakota, from whom I received additional service recently provided me with exceptionally efficient, low key and a far more comfortable customer service experience. This is the type of person I would recommend for a leadership role in this store should one become available. Dakota gets the job done and in a respectful and effective manner. Thanks, Dakota!"

"I'm a older guy and stopped in last week as my dog chewed my phone up not knowing I already had a plan with AT&T and I think the guys name was Matthew? He had a ponytail and was the most pleasant person to sit back and talk to and got me a new plan and phone number and showed me how to block unwanted phone calls. I'm glad I switched to Verizon as my previous company didn't try to do anything the gentleman did for me... Thank you vary much and will be telling everyone about my experience!"
