"You can get diy tools at low prices. Sometimes they are defective but it is easy to get them replaced if they are. If it happens to be on sale when you exchange it they will give you store credit for the difference."

The Supervisor at this store would benefit from boosting her customer service skills. Politeness and patience are lost on some people!
