I was ok coming back since my need wasn’t urgent, I’m just sorry that other patrons were not as kind. No one deserves to be yelled at and berated for trying to do their job. This whole team deserves raises and all the kudos for their patience and commitment to their work in overwhelming times. I won’t be going to any other pharmacy anytime soon."

"Why can’t we get through on the phone to the Milford, DE CVS pharmacy anymore? They were closing the pharmacy drive thru consistently and now we can’t get through on the phone?!? Why have a pharmacy??!!! It is beyond frustrating trying to get medication filled or a simple status why a refill is taking so long. I have to drive to the pharmacy which is a complete inconvenience. Zero customer courtesy!!"

"While I love to shop at my local CVS store , the pharmacy associate, Erica, was arrogant and rude and needs additional customer service training. I spoke with the CVS pharmacy, complaint department about the incident and asked for feedback on the outcome of my complaint. No one ever returned my call. My problem is obviously not with my local CVS store in general, but with pharmacy complaint department. I have used my Milford, Delaware store for the last seven years and NEVER had a problem with ANYONE at that store except for now."
