"Lots of problems from beginning to end and yrs after. Joe may know how to build a pool but he has bad ethics and his son Tony attacked me after my pool was finished. Joe closed my pool in Sept 2018, first year. His boy Juan came back to extend patio to cover area in front of my equipment. The very next season my crawl space had standing water entire season until I drained shut down pool. The weather had no effect on the standing water under my house.... If it rained or was drought the water remained the same. There is no plumbing in my house anywhere near this water I had in my crawlspace and I had just had the crawl space redone at time of pool so the pool was the only source it could have been. Only when the pool was shut down for winter did flood under my house dry up. Joe refused to come out and honor any warranty. Since the pool was finished in 2018. Ive spent over 4K on other pool co's that all took my money but never found the leak? It is my belief that when Juan came back after pool was finished to extend paver patio he nicked plumbing near the equipment and this small is still existing....I get hundreds of worms in my pool only when pool is shut down? Also, pool loses water to a level 2 inches below my skimmer and stops losing water at that level so that is the level I expect to find a very small leak. I had a shyster landscaping guy named Jack come out and dig up all the lines. No leak was found but he took me for 3K and I ended up having to put all the pavers back myself because I didnt trust him to come into my yard. I was told by another pool guy that all the companies in Sussex talk about me and call me crazy...Well, crazy is a good barrier with the shotty shady work there is to offer."

"I left my original review below. I did give them five stars before. I used them for maybe the last 6 years to close my pool and to buy chemicals once in a while. Joe who closes my pool is the nicest guy and does great work. It's always been $ 300 for what they do. I have the pool all drained for them, I have chemicals put in it I have the plugs ready to go even this year I put my cover on myself all they do is blow out the lines. This year same thing. End of October Joe comes out to close then I get a bill 2 weeks later for more than double. I figured it must have been a mistake so I called the office. I asked Cecilia if this bill was correct and she was pissed that I even asked. She reluctantly said she'd rebill me and it would be back to the same price $300. I instantly get a call from her again. You're a realtor do you discount your clients? I get an argument from her justifying why she doubled my bill. But she still said she'll rebill me. Now it is 15 days after the work was completed I'm being harassed every day I'm getting letters from them written on the front of the letter that it's late and past due and harassed on facebook. Now today I get another bill with a different price $425 it says for material and see you in court ? I will be sure to bring all three invoices, voicemails and all the harassing material. What the hell? Ridiculous, my next call is to the police. To be fair below is my original review I thought they were great before.. They install, they have chemicals, any pool parts you need, they test your water for free and they winterize my pool every year. Great people, very knowledgeable and super nice. Joe"

"I just closed the pool for the winter, October 10th, I was still using it on October 6th, latest yet. The pool is still in great shape. Go see them for any pool supplies you might need. Update after 12 years: The pool is still great. I understand they aren't building pools anymore. But they still have a wide range of supplies and chemicals. Joe and his sons built my pool 8 years ago, in-ground spray concrete. They did a great job, worked with me on the design, gave me suggestions I hadn't thought about. After 8 years it is still in perfect condition, absolutely happy. The store, kind of like Fred Sanford's living room has everything for supplies and parts. I am told all the local pool service people come to them for parts and supplies. Picture is current, April 2017, 3 days after opening. Pavers was done by Vilone Brothers."
