"Very unprofessional and irritable store manager. Down right rude, ignorant and antagonisticaly mocking a customer. Faulty equipment and power tripping manager who abused her management position and doesn't belong in customer service let alone the store manager. Never seen such unprofessionalism and plain disregard and disrespect to a customer as is if their faulty equipment is the customer fault. Meanwhile I was made to sit there and wait while she served the rest of the line. So disgusted that she's the store manager."

"I usually go to the DG on 24 by Bay Farm Road and I love it. First time at Peddler's Village location and wasn't too impressed. The store has a very cramped and messy feel to it. It wasn't very clean and it wasn't stocked. Boxes are everywhere, making it hard to walk around. I couldn't find one sales associate to help me find what I was looking for. I will stick to my normal Dollar General. I'm giving 3 stars because the cashier was very nice and polite."

"Found everything I needed. Not as neat as they used to be. I think they are having trouble getting merchandise out. I still enjoy shopping there. I like their printed paper towels."

"The employees were nice. The customer in front of me was getting balloons for her daughter, so I didn't mind waiting an extra minute so they could get everything together. They even apologized about it too and they didn't even have to!"

"I’m walking out of this store after standing in line for about 10 minutes. The poor cashier is trying to stay cheerful as the line is wrapping down the product aisle. Someone asked “you would think there would be more than one person working!” Lots of people chatting about why everyone is having to wait or can’t get help. Meanwhile an associate is literally sitting in a chair outside of the door smoking. I’m no stranger to state laws and breaks....but I’m sure that any decent person would have helped their coworker clocking in and then back out when it slowed down. This place is night and day from the long neck location which will be where I go from now on even though it’s miles further from my house. Digital coupons were not applied to my transaction nor the person in front of me...no one can even help bc they don’t understand how the coupons work in this location. Ps the same person outside smoking is the same unfriendly person I encounter each time I visit and it makes me cringe....I though maybe she was just an miserable person...but now it’s pretty evident her concern is her smoke break and not her fellow associates or customers. Sad bc there are some really nice people that do work here! But it’s the ones that don’t care that make the store somewhere I no longer want to visit."
