We intially reached out to Aqua Pools & Spas in July 2023, when we were placed in contact with Zak Bridges for pricing and estimation. I called on countless occasions and left voicemails for Zak requesting a call back that we never received. Eventually just prior to THANKSGIVING, I asked to please speak with someone else on the sales team. To my surprise, I was informed that he was the only sales representative! Absolutely stunning pools, gorgeous informative website, worst customer service experience on the Eastern Shore!"

"We are so glad we worked with the team at Aqua - they were helpful, responsive and always positive throughout the process of building our pool this spring. We had limited space and setback restrictions and they walked us through our options. They also made sure we understood every step along the way, including the follow-up steps and app orientation after pool was done and bill was paid. Best part: at one point right after pool was filled, there was concern there might be a small leak. The Aqua team was upfront about it and totally on it, explaining where and how this might be possible and how they would solve it. Turned out to be just a minor tweak to one of the connections and we have been enjoying ourselves ever since. Highly recommend!"

"We contacted AQUA about building a pool for us and received an initial email from Zak. The next day, we answered his questions about what we had in mind and indicated which pictures from the portfolio web site we were most interested in. After that, we didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. After emailing him again, he sent us a proposal (estimate) and asked a few more questions - he said he was mocking up designs for us. Again, we answered his questions promptly and were interested in moving forward. That was 6 weeks ago and we never heard anything back, despite emailing him again. I understand it's a busy time for pool builders, but please don't waste everyone's time if you are not interested in taking on new customers."
