"Unfortunately this shop sells counterfeit products. I walked in and was seriously disappointed. Sadly if you aren't already a collector it's not as easy to see tell-tale signs , so I hope enough parents and younger kids just getting into anime read these reviews! Don't waste your money!"

"I believe I am the unfortunate victim of purchasing a counterfeit (or knock-off) product. I did not read the reviews before going to this store but they seem to have merit. I purchased a SS God Vegito and the employee (who was very nice) offered to sell it to me for $35 from $45 because I mentioned I was thinking about buying it. He also told me that the boxes don't always reflect the character inside which I glossed over at the time. But the boxes of a product should reflect exactly what you are buying and these do not. I am 99% sure that this is counterfeit and/or knock-off because Bandai/Ishibansho doesn't even make a black hair Vegito like this and there are different colors of hair on the box that don't even exist for that character. Also no legit DBZ branding, though the branding of the company that is apparently licensed to make these is shown. However, the box itself looks very fishy. No phone number listed to contact the vendor. The figure is supposed to have blue hair and a blue uniform with the orange underneath. This one has black hair with black uniform. Definitely seems fake, knock-off, or counterfeit to me!!!!"

"I've been here a couple of times and didn't really get good service if any at all but this past time I went was completely different very friendly and helpful she told me about all the deals they were having everything so I gave it 5 stars based off that because it is a cool store and not as expensive as I thought"

"Bought a Giyu figure I've been looking for, I have a collection I'm building and I've been looking for him specifically. The box art looks like it would have been legit like you know the real Bandai ones. The figure is clearly a cheap knock off they sell in very similar boxes as the real ones. Also they sell them for the same exact price. Compare Giyu to the rest. Sabito on the left, legit and came from Walmart."

"I bought a Luffy figure from this store with the pirate jacket and his hat in his hand, I open it he’s actually dressed as a samurai and doesn’t even have the sword with him that he’s supposed to be holding. As far as I’m concerned that’s false advertising but most of all a complete waste of $30"
