"On Saturday, August 2, 2023, at approximately 11:52 am I purchased my grandson a pair of $160.00 purple and black, GSB Retro12 Jordans and a Nike book bag. E’Lon the salesperson rang me up on register 2. He was quick to move me along, I had to ask him to place the backpack in my bag. No eye contact and no Thank you was received from him. I work in the corporate world and customer service plays a major role in sales. I hope this email teaches’ KFL and E’Lon a huge message. Good customer service goes a long way. Disappointed Customer"

"The current employees at this foot locker are straight Hood. They have no customer service skills and wanna play around with each other rather than serve customers. The employee that stood out the most was the big one that looks like the Latino version of Big Freedia with those snufflapagus eye lashes. She walked around the store doing nothing and not once offered any assistance when I'm ready to spend. The other lady was upfront by the door laughing and giggling and chuckling with that ruff bun on the top of her head like she stepped straight out the bed and went through a portal and landed in foot locker. The male stayed in the front leaning over the clothes on the clothes rack the entire time like he couldn't stand up on his own just looking. That place was a hood trap. I will never visit that store again knowing there're multiple sneaker stores within the vicinity that are willing to take anyone's money. Footlocker please manage your store and hire retail professionals."

"The young lady who helped picking out my boys things was nice. She was knowledgeable and took her time styling them. We ended up with 4 pairs of sneakers 2 outfits and two baby girls. But it was money well spent for something nice and good service."
