If you are that critical of them being late in the off season here's a tip, the world revolves around text message reminders, not spam folder emails. I hope you enjoy the $25 because it is the last dime we will ever spend there. We just dumped $700 into boots alone from you guys' last year and I need new skis and boots for myself. My growing children need new snow gear and leases. Poor customer service likely left a couple of thousand dollars on the table for you guys and the loss of lifelong customers.
