"First off, I'm a huge fan of this brand, so there's a bit of bias. Overall, this location has good selection, good presentation of product, and good customer service. Sizes seem to be limited but I was informed that the salespeople can order the size you want and ship for free to your home, which is a perk, if the store happens to have a similar shoe to try on for size. As with all Cole Haan shoes, don't expect cheap prices. These shoes are well-made and the prices reflect. Love their 2Grand.Os technology, which isn't found at the outlet locations unfortunately... just the Grand.Os technology (first edition). Not a deal breaker - this just means cheaper prices for "last season" technology."

"This is one of the better outlets in terms of stocking retail store items. I do wish that Cole Haan would go back to making its goods in Italy, but I've had that complaint ever since the Nike Air technology came out and everything moved to China, with the exception of a few (non-cushioned) shoe styles."
