"I am not sure how so many people give this furniture store such a high rating, because my experience with them is horrible. I have been trying for over 2 months to get them to pick up a Lazy Boy recliner that the leather has all kinds of bad areas on it and the mechanism has defects in it. I paid cash for the chair, but when I asked for service I was told it was not their problem. To say the least I will never buy from them again. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!"

"Recliner of ours died, needed to replace it immediately as I needed one for my recovery after surgery in one day. Found two we liked & they delivered both the same day. The guys placed both recliners in our living room, placed the used one in our bedroom, and took the broken one away to be repaired maybe? Checking on it today. Great service and nice selection."
