"Lol so, every time I’ve entered this establishment, you might get lucky and see one ignorant mouthed employee. No one is ever available to check you out. EVER. I’m getting pretty used to watching people ring the little bell and wait and wait and then just walk out with their stuff or throw it down on the floor in dismay. The other day, there wasn’t an employee to be found to check anybody out as usual and the line was really long so one of the customers in line repeatedly yelled for an employee to please come help us check out and the employee a literally screamed out ”IM BUSY. IF I AINT UP THERE ITS FO A REASON CUZ IM BUZY PUTTING F’ing PUTTIN DEEZ BOXES UP”. Does your company get these reviews and take them seriously? It sure would be nice. Some great advice for you guys would be to try to hire a little bit more culturally respective staff."
