"Marcia was so helpful! She answered all questions and communicated very well with us, doing everything to make sure we had a great trip. We stayed at the Pelican House, and we absolutely loved the house, it was very spacious, comfortable beds, sleeps enough people, and very clean. The location was perfect for us. The garage was fun to use as a game room (ping pong, foosball, cornhole), they also had everything you would need for the beach. I was worried about parking because we were a large group coming from different places, but there is tons of street parking and we had no issues. Marcia also offered to help us find spots if we were to have an issue. She was also accommodating with check in and check out times which we appreciated. Overall it was a great house and great management! We will definitely be back."
