"Started my birthday weekend off with a facial from Libbi. She did a great job and I've never seen my face glow the way it did after that facial. We chose to do the jacuzzi room and thankfully we did because the pool was closed. Overall the hotel is great and we've been to this hotel 3 times in the last 3 months. Beautiful and relaxing hotel."

"My family stayed one night for fun, mostly to swim in the indoor pool. The size of the hotel is grand, and our room was beautiful. But during our stay two people in the room next to ours were arrested...not the hotel's fault, obviously. But the few staff we interacted with were unimpressive and not helpful. The food was expensive. The website listed several things they did NOT have, such as a Jacuzzi hot tub next to the pool and room service. The arcade for our kids was creepy...located in a distant corner of an empty quiet basement floor. Overall, it was not much fun. We won't stay here again. We went the day after Christmas to get a room very cheap. I would be much more upset had we spent $350/night."

"I had a wonderful time at Princess Royale. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was gorgeous. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the hot water. Maintenance came in a timely manner. But we still had an issue. Hopefully that issue will be resolved. Check out Preston at the bar in the Atrium. He is awesome. The food was delicious. Loved the Brussel sprouts."

"This was one of the saddest trips I have taken. I have never met a more unaccommodating place in my life. The staff treated my family and I like a problem right from the start. We brushed it off and me and the kids had a good time regardless of the many encounters. We checked out the next day and my little girl left her beloved stuffed animal she had since a baby in the room. We called an hour after check out. And the refused us to go look for it and would not even check with any staff if they had seen it and made us only to fill out a lost a found form online. It took 4 days for even a returned phone call and after calling for 4 weeks straight and no one would help. We gave up. If it had value to anyone else they would have helped. It would have so easy to grab that day, but once again nothing to do to help. Nothing but disappointment."

"Have stayed here almost every year for conferences. It's close to my venue, walking distance to great restaurants. Has a decent number of amenities, a somewhat enclosed parking lot, large spacious rooms with a small kitchen area. Well worth the price compared to most places. It's not always perfect, like this visit the water was not as hot as I'd like, but that was about it. One year the bath drain wasn't working, called up the front and a maintenance worker was up to fix it in 30 to 40 minutes. There's a large indoor pool for when the weather isn't great. There's some limited outdoor dining. You'll need to drive slow getting in the hotel, into, and out of the parking lot, because there are some steep angles to maneuver."
