"This is by far my favorite outlet I’ve ever been to. Not only was the management great but Renea was just amazing and really helped me throughout my whole shopping experience and gave great insight on what I was looking for. 10/10 and I will look forward to going back to this outlet store again."

"had a terrible experience and never will be back. i’ve always loved aerie everyone is always so sweet. however today i went in and everyone was so insanely rude. nothing but pure attitude from all of these girls even when we would ask a simple question. Next i will say if you have young children do not bring them here. the “manager” was dressed by far inappropriate. she was in a button up shirt, red bra and insanely short skirt and kept pulling her shirt back and sticking her chest out showing nothing but her bra. when we asked someone about it she said it’s a bralette not a bra…. i’m sorry but that’s the same thing. a lace bra she was wearing looks like the same bra i’m wearing that’s called a regular bra. she said it’s from aerie so she can wear it but there are certain things you wear to work and certain things you don’t. there are young children going in and out of these stores and wearing nothing but a small cape and a bra hanging out is not ok! we asked to speak to the manager and the women in her 20s who was in a bra came up to us. we told her how wrongful we thought it was that she came to work dressed like that especially with it being a popular store young kids are coming in and out all day. imagine your 6 year old child just seeing someone dress like that. that is not something you expect to see when shopping with your children especially around the holidays. when we said something about it she gave us nothing but attitude. i get that might be the new look and if you wanna wear a crop top to advertise your brand then fine but it goes a little to far when your in a bra at your job. there is a bunch of different styles you can wear you do not need to wear that. we called corporate and will never be back. absolutely disappointed and angry with the behavior not to mention disgusted. i’ve been to many aerie and american eagle stores and no one has ever acted as awful as they did here."
