"I would definitely give a 0 if it was available. My son had purchase glasses from this store; and per their policy it a lifetime policy. So we stop by for him to exchange his glasses out. I have came in the store before some to ago and had no problem. But, she rudely said she choose not to and for us to leave her store since we were not purchasing anything in her store. I asked her for a business card and she went to give me a business card and said “you can try and get me in trouble but it will not happen she the owner of the store” I proceed then to ask her to ask her for her name and she would not provide it and told us to get out of her store. So I took a picture of her and reported her, I literally think she was either made we were not actually there to spend money or because we weren’t her kind; stay away!"

"My kids got a FREE ring they were given out on the board walk. My husband entered the store next door and because I didn’t enter her store while I waiting for him outside, the owner said out load to my kids they shouldn’t have gotten a ring. DON’T USE OUR CHILDREN TO COME IN YOUR SHOP TO BUY FROM YOU. The was soooooo rude. STAY AWAY!"

"Store staff are friendly but buyer beware. I bought sunglasses from this store, falling for the "lifetime replacement guarantee" which after doing some research, discovered that it's nowhere near as clear cut as the salesman made it sound. First, you can only return/exchange online or at the store where you purchased. Nearly all Del Sol stores are privately owned so they won't take back items from another seller. Second, to use the warranty, it will cost you $12 with a delivery time of up to two weeks. Third, the quality of Del Sol sunglasses are only slightly better than anything you can get at Walmart for $15-$20. Might as well save your money and buy them. Then replace them as needed anytime you want without paying shipping."
