"Great selection! There's a lot of hats. The service could have been better. And it is a bit pricey. But they had the Phillies hat I wanted and it fit perfect! They also had a lot of great Eagles hats they I almost bought. I was surprised at all the hats they had. You have to take your time in this store to see everything. "There's no doubt they have a wonderful selection of hats and you can tell they do alot of online business and they should stick with strictly online sales and just close the store front because their customer service just straight up sucks! I went in with intentions to buy at least three hats and was meet with an employee cursing in the back room so that definitely set the tone. The employee that so called helped me was very rude and acted like I was bothering him because I couldn't find the correct fitted hat that fit me! I'll order online and just keep returning the hats until I find the right size. Or just find another online store to deal with but being a local here all my life I try to shop local but that's getting really hard to do lately!"
