"I placed my order on 11/25/22. It is now 12/21/22 and per their automated chat my order is still waiting fulfillment. It’s getting shipped to Ohio, not even overseas. I’m convinced I’m getting scammed at this point. Which is a really big bummer, because this was a birthday present for my best friend. It is now 4/6/23 and my order has yet to be received. Over 4 months?! And no response from the company. This is unacceptable."
