I knew this was the boutique to get the best of the best I myself have gotten my winning gowns from here. They process of making an appointment was so easy online. Upon arriving they knew our names and had gowns ready. Shana Zack and Layla really know their stuff. They were kind, all have an impressive and talented eye for style. I sat back and watched them all help ladies come in that were prom shopping. They made them feel like 1 in a million including their parents that they brought along. They took the time with not only us but other customers to be sure they were going to look like a 10. I can tell you the 7 ladies I saw leaving looked more than a 10. "I purchased a dress on a live sale; a fitted gown with a detachable over skirt. the fitted gown was displayed, but not the over skirt. There was no mention to damage to the dress. When it arrived. there was a little damage to the beading on the fitted dress. but the over skirt had a whole in it, with a burn mark as large as my hand. when I reached out to the store about it they claimed that they were "unaware" and I should repair/ essentially replace the overskirt, since I got a good deal on the dress. (the burn is right in the middle and it's silk/ satin. so you would have to replace the whole panel of fabric)how do you miss damage that large? she also reminded me that all dresses were sold as is. I would have never have purchased this dress, had I known. I won't be doing business with them again."
