"So overpriced! Used to bring the kids once a week! Now, once a year! Chuck E. Cheese is no longer a fun, quick place to take the kids. It is so expensive, the prizes are pure garbage, and the food is not good or worth the prices, at all. They are trying to be way too upscale! They need to remember their mascot is a mouse, but it is not Mickey. Make it more affordable for average working class people."

"We didn't eat or have any services, but the atmosphere was great! Went with friends, and all of our kids really enjoyed it! Good bang for your buck as well. $44 gave them 3 hour of constant play time in the arcade. Very clean and well kept too!"

"My daughter celebrated her 7th birthday at this location with a few of her classmates. The smiles on their face were pure magic. The staff was amazing. I really want them and are hostess Kayla to know that they really made my daughter’s birthday magical. She had a blast. Chuck E was super energetic and playful. The kids love them. I can express my gratitude to the staff enough, they really took care of our crew. My daughter was as happy as can be and the staff was amazing!"

"New look is good and games all working , looks like this will be nice again and cleaned up a lot......BUT- sad about the animatronics but my review is low because of Chucky. No energy, four min- didn't even stand behind birthday kid at singing. Didn't move, was a statue. Could have at least been lively animated pretend it was you talking with the voice over track, stay to take pics with kids, do a dance party, did one song with you standing still and nothing else, play a game ....ANYTHING. Stood still for four min and left. Feel bad for birthday family. Cashier energy was the same - this is a kids place get alive ! Smile ! Be happy! You need to Hire a full time Chucky trained to move in the costume and have personality - Chucky wasn't ready, not trained and had pink hair hanging out the back. Also you got the cool floor thing but don't use it at all just same game all day. Pizza was good - no one served kids drinks, parents had to all serve kids. Not our party but felt weird like waiting on the pitchers of drinks to come but nothing came maybe they weren't part of packages. $6.00 for like a sample size of dippndots Tiny…..crazy. Feels like something good is happening here but you have to get the PARTY feeling back. I'd share a pic of Chucky but yeah couldn't cause didn't stay for pics as said above.
