"Like others have said, the food is mediocre and overpriced. You’re paying for the “atmosphere.” And that atmosphere is “LOOK HOW COOL WE ARE, CELEBRITIES EAT HERE!!!” They literally have a gigantic wall of tv screens that just loops video of celebrities eating at their various locations. The menu is covered in pictures of celebrities. Yes, the decor is kitschy and cute, but it really wasn’t my vibe. I ordered the sliders with a side of fries and it cost me over $30 with tip. Oh, and the tip is predetermined at either 20%, 22%, or 25%. Now don’t get me wrong, I typically tip well - but to not even have the OPTION to tip less was infuriating. The burgers were overcooked - bordering on burnt - but the toppings were tasty. The fries were actually great. Will I come here again? Definitely not."

"Omg I loved my trips to the Sugar Factory. Ac and cherry hill locations! The atmosphere is very fun and upbeat. Servers were attentive and willing to join the fun. Food was great and I always get some kind of stacked milkshake. Can’t even put into words how good they were!! Definitely recommending"

"The Sugar Factory is a vibe..just not mine! This establishment is bright; open and busy! I appreciate all the areas of the restaurant that allow for IG moments..but you are paying a premium through over priced and watered down drinks and below standard food offerings! I am we invited to attend a friend’s birthday celebration and our table rental costs $300! With this booth rental you get a $100 sundae! The service was prompt and friendly..the food was underwhelming!"

"I like taking my friends or family who have never been. You’re definitely paying for the aesthetic and ambiance more than anything because the prices can be pretty steep depending on what you get. The restaurant itself is super cute and the decor makes you want to get some cool IG photos. The food is cool nothing that would be like oh we have to go back to Sugar factory for this or that. I think the kids or younger people can appreciate it more so since I’m older and can’t have all that sugar like they can. The kids absolutely loved the crazy large decorated shakes definitely recommend. They also liked the cute colorful burgers and over the top colored food items like the pancake stacks and what not. I have had a few of their alcoholic drinks not all pictured but I’m not a fan very sweet and not strong and very pricey depending on what you get. They have a good menu selection sandwiches and fries as well as more entrees with steak, pasta, etc. definitely recommend going at least once."
