"Local here. Was treated so poorly by Shawn and Brian. Our lanes kept malfunctioning and my husband said after the 4th time that it was "the 4th time" The employee said yeah we're fixing it. I said how hard is it to apologize? They said what more do you want we "went out of our way for you." Literally the worst I've ever been treated. Not a welcoming vibe."

"Had a blast celebrating a birthday with family. The bathrooms were clean and so was the facility. Everyone had a smile and looked genuinely happy to be there on a Saturday. Awesome time."

"We had a fun filled family night! This place accommodates both children and adults, all in one place. We have decided to make it a weekly event! I love that adults can have drinks and socialize while at the same time children can play pool, enjoy the arcade room, and bowl! They also serve food, which is a little pricey, but good quality. It also makes bowling easy for young children with the dinosaur guide and the bumpers. We visit this place often. I would definitely recommend Southbound Alley if you are looking for an inexpensive family night of fun! All for under $50 for a family of four!"
