"Call this location about resizing my engagement ring and spoke to an employee who guarantee they can resize my ring So I drove 40 minutes to this location just for two of the employees to state that they don’t know how to resize the ring or put it in the system and it’s the wrong location and I have to drive to Christiana mall location to resize so basically I wasted 40 minutes driving down here because they don’t resize Rings at this location and the employee doesn’t know how to do their job correctly & excepted me to drive another 30 mins after they give me the wrong info."
