"DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, BY FAR THE RUDEST STAFF I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! I simply called to ask about a getting a ring sizing and the woman was so short and rude, telling me all the things they don't do instead of telling me the services they do. Then she said "Goodbye" in the middle of me talking and hung up. When you go to a jeweler you are usually spending a lot of money and you deserve good service. I can say that this place is NOT good service. Don't waste your time or money. If I could give zero stars, I would."

"Bought a watch from this jeweler a few years ago and needed to replace the band. I called several times and got the run around from John!! Told me it was back ordered. Total BS!!! Never returned phone calls and never ordered the watch band!! Terrible service Take my bussiness elsewhere!! If I where you I would too!!! Dismissed me like my business wasn't important. Bad bussiness!!"

"Called three timea during business hours on a non holiday. Website said they were open. Each time my phone rang for about two minutes with no answer. On my last attempt it rang for a while until someone answered and immediately hung up. Now every time I call, the call won't go through as if the person who answered hung up on me and left the phone off the hook so I couldn't call again. Also the one time I came in the person who looked at my watch was very rude to the point one of the other employees came up to me and apologized for him saying that's how he normally acts. Other than that everyone else was very nice and helpful."
