"Wow! Ive been coming down to the shore for 10+ years with my family and this summer was the absolute worst customer service we have experienced here! I asked a female employee who looked like she was 14 (sorry dont know her name she had dark brown hair) with glasses to help me find a new specific brand my husband likes and she acted like we were an inconvenience and dismissed us entirely. She rolled her eyes and said its “that way” and pointed us to the wrong direction. Shocked by the interaction we shrugged it off and spent 20+ mins locating just a few bottles ourselves!! Something that could’ve been a 5min trip !! Not the happy customer service we’re used to every year at this store, and we understand the summer is busy but in no way did we deserve that. Id really appreciate a manager or supervisor to call/email me and solve this matter because we are very loyal customers and have been for years and shouldn’t be dismissed by someone who doesn’t even look old enough to drink or WORK at a liquor store.
