"Walked up to two employees at the fitting room area to ask a question. They decided a conversation about a party with their friend/customer was more important than helping a customer and ignored me after I stood there for several minutes waiting to be acknowledged. You may want more than just teenagers running the store if you care about the customer service. The store was unorganized and half the sizes were gone on multiple shirts. The line was also very long for people to checkout at and only one cashier was working while three girls working were in the fitting room were talking instead of working."

"Great store. There was a very big choice. My daughter really loved her t shirt. It was the first time we have ever stopped by one of these."

"We always check out the Surf Shop when in town. They always seem to have something we haven't seen before or the trendy new thing. We have a few beach toys and waterproof bags from Ron Jon that we got at this location. I took a walk through and tried to show the entire store with video. Definitely filled with people and everyone was looking for and buying merchandise. I saw plenty of staff and heard an interaction regarding a customer wanting to use the bathroom and the staff member could not have been nicer explained that a staff member was using the bathroom but as soon as they came out they could use it. I will be going back again on this trip to shop."
