"Arrived at the store today (2/17/23) at 6:55 PM to find a handwritten sign saying "Be back at 7". Waited in the parking lot until 7:30 PM, and noone ever showed up. Watched about a dozen other people try to open the door and leave frustrated. Tried to call the phone number, and it went to a voice-mail that's full for a different number then the number I called. I usually don't have terrible service, but tonight was very disappointing."

"The absolute best customer service. All of the flavors of ejuice were new to me but the rep was patient, explained everything, and made great recommendations. Prices are a little higher than what you'll find online, but it's worth it to support a local business. The rep that was helping me definitely hooked me up with some great products and deals! "I visited the store finally last week. I have to say I like the store. The employee to the time out to show us their products even explained the ingredients in the stores products. He was very cool..and has a inviting welcoming spirit and face. The setup of the store is nicely done. I'm giving 4 out of stars bc two of my items I purchased didn't function right and went out quickly within half hour. Overall I've found a back store for things I need my old place doesn't provide or sold out."
