"RUN. Don’t walk as far away as possible from this company. I have a four year old $70k in-ground pool that has had nothing but issues since install. This year alone I spent close to 8k replacing salt cells due to an issue with the filter install. I had a water line issue that cost $4k to repair. I have bubblers in the front deck that have not worked in two years and this summer the liner separated from the wall. The customer service is horrendous and has been since I made my final payment to them. The staff are unprofessional and unhelpful. The liner is supposedly under warranty but they are refusing to fix the issue. The bubblers don’t work but they weren’t interested in fixing that either. I’ve had open permits since the install because of things they never told me I needed to have that are still unfinished. There are many other pool builders to choose from - do that - not this."

"Several years ago Pools and Spas installed our in ground pool. Dealing with the owner was great. All of the in store employees either don't seem to care or don't actually know what they are talking about. This led to the incorrect pool liner being installed. We were compensated for this mistake and since the liner was close to the actual pattern we ordered we let it go. The installation crew guys were really squared away and did a nice job. Literally every single time we have had to deal with this business since installation has been horrible. The people working the store are more clueless than before and again don't seem to care. Over a week ago our pool pump failed. My wife called the store and attempted to set up a service call. The lady who answered said she would call back in the morning to make arrangements to fit in a service call. Nobody ever called. The next day we spoke with some friends of ours who all said the same this "Go to Dill's Repair in Camden ". I stopped by and spoke with Chris Dill and the following day he fixed my pump and I reinstalled it that evening. Five days later 2 Pools and Spas workers just showed up at my house and started walking to the backyard. I went out to talk to them about why they were at the house. They said they had been sent to look at our pump. I advised them that nobody from the office ever called back and definitely never confirmed an appointment to come out to look at the pump. Both of the guys were very pleasant and understood.  I want to make it clear anytime I have had dealings with their employees who come out to service or the original installation crews have always been great. The entire problem with Pools and Spas is the customer service at the store. I would recommend that people look elsewhere. Also I strongly recommend if you have any issues with a pump or other type of equipment to go to Dills Repair.  I cannot say enough good this about my experience with them. Basically listen to the customer, never blow them off because customer service is everything."
