"Kinetic (and sister shop Nocturnal in Philly) came highly recommended by multiple people. I contacted them to get their suggestions for my 12 year old daughter who is new to skating. Tyler was very personable and knowledgeable about their product lines. After he mentioned their current deal where you can choose your board (between certain sizes) and they set it up with pre-assembled trucks, wheels and bearings on the spot, I was sold. Jumped in the truck and drove 45 minutes to the shop. I was again greeted professionally by Tyler and the rest of the crew working at the time. He walked me through their process and allowed me as much time and advice as I needed. Once I chose a board from the huge selection, Tyler and Kyle both helped me get it set up and assembled.
