"I’ve always loved this store but unfortunately had the worst customer service experience of my life today with the older brunette lady around 5 PM. She was extremely miserable and unpleasant and -despite being extremely nice to her- she made some very rude and uncalled for passive aggressive comments about me directly in front of me, complained about all of the customers coming in the store and even threatened to kill everyone. To whoever owns this business- do yourself a favor and remove that woman from the business because it will only hurt you. Good luck!"
