"Patricia “The Store Manager” is the rudest, most obnoxious, and unprofessional Store Manager I have ever come across while shopping at CVS for 25+ years. My girlfriend spent $140 in CVS last night and was charged twice for an item she had purchased for me. Didn’t realize until she got home looking over her receipt and items. She called the store and placed the call on speaker while continuously looking over her receipt. My girlfriend was greeted immediately on the phone by whom instead of a salutation of some sort as Good evening or thank you for calling cvs please hold it was… “You’ll have to wait I have 3 people In line ahead of you” and placed the call on hold. Once Patricia returned on the line my girlfriend began to explain what happened & Patricia’s response was “how do I know you aren’t lying!?”! I mean who even says that??!!!! The audacity to say that to someone let alone the unprofessional manner in which she spoke was so inappropriate and her frustration just exploded all into the conversation. We hung up and drove to the store to complain to store manager and guess who we are greeted (sarcastically I may add) by and are told is the store manager? PATRICIA! I let her know right away the horrible display of unprofessionalism and ignorance she displayed was atrocious as an acting store manager. The tone she displayed proceeded to get louder and louder, so I let her know I will make sure I go to the top of the chain to make everyone aware of how CVS’s “Store Manager” behaves toward their customers. NEVER WILL I OR MY FAMILY RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AFTER decades of shopping here. The local Walgreens will now tend to our needs."
"My sister and I went in there on Friday, the 30th around 2pm to exchange 3 nail polishes for 3 new colors, once we get to the register we tell the woman, who is supposedly the manager that we want to exchange them for the new colors, she says okay. She scans our receipt. She tells my sister to put her card in but the nail polish was a gift, we didn’t pay for it. She says the money for the nail polish will go back into the card that originally paid for it, which is my grandma who gifted me them. Then she scans the 3 nail polishes that we want to EXCHANGE and tells my sister to put her card in to pay for them. we tell her that we do not want to pay for them because we were there to exchange. She then gives us a refund for the 3 nail polishes. We then ask if we could get the original 3 nail polishes that we came with back then, and she says no because they were returned. We never once said we were there to return the nail polishes. If she communicated that we could not do exchanges in the first place then this wouldn’t have been an issue, instead she did a return that we did not want. So we ended up leaving with no nail polish. Very unprofessional."
"Staff member refused to let me pick up a prescription 2 minutes after closing even though other customers were being helped. safe so say i will never be using this pharmacy again! Pharmacy staff was very rude!"
"Have been calling this pharmacy all morning and day, medications were called into it first you got an electronic corporate voicemail prompt system that is designed to not get you the right information, second talking to the staff unable to find the scripts that were called in, amazingly once the provider called themselves the scripts were found, but then had to wait for them to be done lunch for it to be filled, having to repeat my name twice for the pharmacist that answered and again with the present at the drive through window, when I got on the phone I introduced myself and again when I pulled up the same thing but neither staff could be bothered at all. Asking me what was the name as if I had not already in detail said that and date of birth. CVS in the pharmacy and it’s lack of leadership is shown in how it staff treat customers. Pulling up to the drive through an automated electronic voice comes on again until a staff member acknowledges that I am waiting, like I do not electronic anything I need connection and humanity. I just might need therapy after visiting this CVS."
