"Called about a dumpster rental one morning, they said they will have it available and would reach out to me to confirm. Never got a call back until the following morning. I missed their phone call and I returned the call not even 10 mins later and they said they had to send the dumpster elsewhere since I didn’t answer and because it wasn’t paid for in advance. Mind you they never called me back, until the following morning when the dumpster was on its way to the address I requested to be dropped off at, to confirm it in the first place nor did they ask for my credit card information. When I asked why they didn’t reach out to me sooner, the guy on the phone said “I called you earlier and you didn’t pick up” as it were my fault and again, I returned the missed phone call not even 10 minutes later. Smh horrible customer service. Now we have to wait another 2 hours for the dumpster, putting us behind track."

Although I noticed they didnt have any 10mm sockets on display which was very comical to me as we all know how often the 10mm socket is lost. Nice work to the team over there at Fazzios."
