"I recently purchased bread and it was over baked and some had the taste of burnt. I went the next following day I purchased them late afternoon the day before, which I couldn’t go back and ask for a refund or exchange. I go in and they hand me the phone to talk to the owner. Instead of her asking me what was wrong she started to yell at me over the phone , and not hear my explanation which made me upset because I wanted her to give me an exchange but no she said don’t come back to the store because apparently it’s my fault the Bread was over baked to eat. Not going back there again worst customer service."

"I’ve gotten two burritos from the one in Salisbury Md off of 13 it came up to 35 dollars for two little burritos. Will never go there again. Me and my family could have literally went to Taco Bell and saved 25 bucks. So to everyone, don’t even waste your time and money. Just go to Taco Bell. Check the prices on the menu before order if you choose to go there."

"If I could give zero stars I would, sadly. I love supporting small businesses and especially if they are Hispanic/Latino owned. My parents left a cake order for a birthday. They ordered Monday afternoon and PRE-PAID. Came to pick it up Friday afternoon and they did not have it ready!!! They didn’t even make it, no call to inform them they weren’t going to do it anymore. My parents left sad in disbelief and had no cake for the dinner party! They weren’t offered anything for their inconvenience, not even an apology, they asked for their money back."
