"This used to be my favorite place to shop but over the years the quality of their items, and customer service has went downhill. The vegetables and fruit are almost rotten everytime I come here. Items aren't stocked and the self checkout experience is terrible. Why would you have me place a 20lb bag of dogfood on that tiny counter, then the two agents today by the self checkout were more concerned with their cell phones and having an attitude. It's a shame to see such a great store go downhill. Been shopping here for many years but definitely may start looking elsewhere after this experience."

"Amazing experience shopping at giant. It was my first time shopping from giant and turned out amazing. Good space between aisles and things are well organised. It was easy to access aisle and find things you need. The reason I find this place best till now is because giant is the place where I find many vegetarian and vegan food items at reasonable price. Visiting giant was a big relief."

I’m sure it’s prime location if you’re in the New Castle area, but it sits back off the highway in a shopping center that could use some updates. But, Giant was very clean and well stocked inside. We visited first thing in the morning which was nice. We weren’t greeted by any associates even though we saw several on the floor. I’m not a morning person, so I actually appreciated not being followed or hounded if I needed help."
