"If I could I would give this location's pharmacy a negative. From the techs to the pharmacist the attitudes are nasty, condescending and rude. No one wants to help or listen for that matter and turn you away when they don't fill like handling any matters they seem not worth their time. The fact that they hold people's lives in their hands should be reason enough for them to act like they care. I've done the work needing to be done to receive my medication that I need but somehow Walgreens system is having problems which I've never had a problem before. Instead of helping to find out the problem I get turned away rudely. I have done the troubleshooting and resolve the issue on my end why is Walgreens pharmacy staff not doing the same. Linda likes to give everyone a cold shoulder and attitude at the register. The pharmacist Shawn likes to talk some do everyone he perceives as dumber than he is."
"All Walgreens are terrible. Went to pick up my mom's medicine because they text me the day before and said it was ready. Went thru the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me. They went thru pretty quickly. I get to the window give my mom's name and the lady goes to look for the prescriptions. I am waiting a while she comes back said it will be another minute they are looking for the other prescription. Another 15 minutes go by and the line behind my was very long. She finally comes back to the window and says they had to refill the prescription because they couldn't find it. I was so mad. Do not go hear if you can help it."
"The pharmacy is just horrible. You wait in line 20 minutes only to let you know when you reach the head of the line that they don't have your prescription. Well maybe they do but because 2 pharm techs called out they're not filling recently received prescriptions. They can't get staff from other locations? They can't triage filling scripts by need (urgent, can wait in store, need to come back tomorrow, etc.)? Nope if your physician sent a prescription in first thing today it's just not going to be available for you. Try tomorrow I was told. Tomorrow they'll have had my prescription 48 hours and I'll have had no blood pressure medication in two days. They don't care. I'm not calling out the pharmacy staff, they are obviously overworked. It's management that cant step in and manage. For a healthcare company they really don't care about your health. If I'm lucky enough to get my prescription tomorrow, it will be the last one I have filled at Walgreens!"
"DO NOT RECOMMEND PHARMACY AT THIS LOCATION! If I could leave 0 stars I most definitely would. I can understand that meditation shortages are a thing. That is what it is, here’s what gets me. After waiting a week for my prescription due to a shortage, I called Walgreens today 10/4/23 @ 4:08 PM. I spoke with the pharmacist and he informed me that the medication was there, and he would fill it. He stated that it should be ready within an hour. I went to Walgreens at 5:30 PM 10/4/2023 , waiting about 15 minutes in line, and when I got to the counter I was informed that the prescription was not ready yet. When I asked about how long , they told me 15-20 minutes. I went home , and came back to Walgreens around 6:50 PM. I waited in line for another 40 minutes. When I got to the window this time I was told it was not ready. I explained that I leave town tomorrow, and I needed this medication while I was traveling. The assistant stated she would go get her manager, a few moments later another Walgreens assistant came to the window (the same one that told me 15-20 minutes) and very rudely said “The pharmacist said it will be a hour and a half”, she then sat there with a snotty grin on her face. My whole point in this review is that the pharmacy staff thinks it is a game and/or funny, I have went through this with Walgreens time and time again. Unfortunately it seems this particular store is one of the only ones who consistently has my medication. These staff members don’t seem to understand the seriousness of some medications for some patients. I didn’t catch the name of the particular assistant, but you should honestly be ashamed of yourself. If you DO NOT know when the medication will be ready, just say that. Instead of allowing me to waste my whole evening , and half a tank of gas…"
"I was in line minding my business waiting my turn as guest were ahead of me . The cashier must have told the current customers she was going to take more guest because she pushed their things to the side then looked at me gestured and said i can help u now. So i come up they are still in front of the register i am off to the side with no counter space. So i look at the customer that was there and said excuse me can you scoot over so i can get checked out. The associate in the glasses said that was rude. I said how is that rude because I’masking for space she said well i thought it was rude. Then the cashier proceeded to say well i was helping them first i said then why did you tell me to come up if you were still helping them?? But The customers never said or did anything to make it seem like they were disrespected. The customers actually just scooted back. After the associate said i was rude the customers said no its ok its ok and left the store. I told the associate to get her manager as she was going back and forth with me. Tell me why when the manager walks up the girl is turned around because i had to tell her to stop arguing with me as we wait for the manager. So she is turned around when the manager walks up and can you believe she is CRYING!!! The manager which is the one without glasses didn’t even ask what happened. Didn’t apologize for her associate instigating a situation because she never listened to what i was saying. She said anyone who makes my associate cry … i said you dont even know what happened. She shooed me out the store saying take it up with corporate the number is 1800 walgreens.. i said can you write it down she says you want to me write down 1800 walgreens. Yes because of you give me anything false that shows how wrong yall are! And proves facts the whole staff at walgreens was flat out the disrespectful and honestly racially profiling. If i were not black that manager would have listened THE END! I cant be heard because she is crying really, you should hear what i have to say then later ask your associate. The whole thing was unsettling. I didnt know it was rude to say excuse me can i have some space, and all honesty the cashier should have scooted down the guest. How are you ringing me out and another customer is in front of the register??The 1800 number is weird its too many letters i guess you have to type walgreens til you get to 7 numbers than stop like really ?. I mean what turns into a few minutes in Walgreens ends up turning into a nightmare. I dont understand why the associate thought it was ok to speak for another customer who said nothing. And passing judgment instigating a situation that wasnt one. And the manager was looking at me like i did something wrong just because she was crying. But the cashier passed judgement on me for someone else who didnt even have that judgement. Smh walgreens i really hope this gets dealt with because how dare an associate start trouble start crying and the manager says anyone that makes my associate cry.. that is unbelievable!!!!!!!!"
