I don’t typically leave reviews, but it was customer appreciation day and I felt very much appreciated. Maybe they are turning things around, I hope the local community can give them a chance."

"This jawn ain’t that bad. I come here to fill up on gas almost once a week. Bcuz the gas prices are pretty decent. However, I do think they need some better cooks up in here. How d you burn fried chicken?"

"Worse Royal Farms ever. Bathroom is disgusting, coffee station is always filthy with warm milk and creamers. They gave me 4 tiny potato wedges with my chicken meal, said I'd have to wait for more to cook even though there was a tray of spicy wedges ready "which is what I ordered to begin with" and said they weren't aloud to give me those. Worse customer service ever"

"The #7 gas pump was not working properly. I had trouble releasing the gas gun when done fueling the gas. Had no choice but pulling it out, n the gas was shooting out all over my car n on the ground. I went into the store trying to get hold of a manager to report the issue… had trouble finding anyone around n/or in the store for a couple minutes. Then, a cashier lady come to the front desk. So, I asked to talk to a manager. Two guys in the back overheard what I said, but with no intention to take care of the issue until I spoke louder “may I talk to a manager”. I explained what happened, his 1st reaction was- - there’s nothing wrong with the gas gun. He challenged me by saying “you sure know how to operate it?” I told him “I’ve been driving n fueling up my tank for 30+ yrs, n never had an issue”. The cashier lady immediately asked me “were you at gas pump #7”? I said I didn’t pay attention, but later verified n yes #7. I requested for the guy to walk with me to double check the pump n clean the ground. The guy checked the gas gun n told me it’s normal it got stuck once in a while, n he showed me a trick to force releasing it. I suggested him to put a sign there to let the customers know about the gas gun may not work properly n avoid the chaos. Also, asked for a refund of the last 3 gallons, n suggested him to clean it up. He refused to all!!!"
