"Great selection, plenty of product in stock, price is better than most flooring outlets, staff was chipper and attentive. Will return to the Delmar store when the next floor monster appears. (Spending dough for rental investments is painful, necessary and less is spent for quality stuff at LL Flooring. So, mixed feelings, positive outcome.) Our guests will be impressed with the floors, that's our goal."

"Update…store manager called me back (2 days later). Was very nice, he was able to get my countertop delivered and it is waiting for me to pick it up. I raised my rating to 3 stars because of the call back and they were able to rectify this situation. I bought 3 countertops online, the associate advised me to buy it online then call the store to let them know. I did exactly that. I then called 2 more times, once to let them know I made the purchase and asked if they can hold it for me until my contractor could pick them up, (picking up within the same week) answer was yes no problem, second call, 2 days later, was advising the pick up date and time. I also specifically talked to them and was reassured my pieces will not be sold out from under me before I was able to pick them up. My contractor gets there and one of the pieces is missing. Website says it’s there. They had no problem taking my money. Now I have to wait at least another week to get it, no assurance it would be only a week, and my contractor has to go back over there to pick it up, and hope that it is only a week. I asked the manager that called me (to tell me it wasn’t there) what he was going to do to make this right, he said he’d have to talk to his regional manager “which he was going to do as soon as he got off the phone with me”. Guess what-crickets. Still waiting for a call back. Will update this post if any help is given."

"Unfortunately I have had to update my rating to 2 stars instead of 5 after my recent visit. Wasted a lot of time making a trip to pick up some flooring underlayment here that I had ordered online for in store pickup. Called the night before as well as 20 minutes before I arrived to make sure the requested items were available and was told they were, just to find out when I get there that they only have 9 of the 12 I needed. This could have easily been prevented if the person I spoke to the night before actually physically checked for the items instead of just assuming they had them."
