"We just has Bobs install luxury vinyl plank in our foyer entry and large eat in kitchen and couldn't be more pleased. Bob allowed us to take samples home numerous times, his team kept us informed about delivery and scheduling and the two installers showed up when they said they would, did an excellent job and respected our property. They left the area immaculate. Bobs store may not look as "fancy" as other flooring or Big Box stores but they delivered first class service. We went there based on a recommendation from a friend. There were no high pressure sales tactics and the team is very knowledgeable about their products. Note the store hours are somewhat reduced so check their hours before stopping by."
