"Great view. The unit is in dire straights of upgrades to bathroom and kitchenette area. Sliding door needs replaced very difficult to slide. Also powder room and bath room sinks are clogged. TV very difficult to use and the unit was not completely cleaned when we checked in. (An extra day to clean was available as we checked in Sunday instead of Saturday.)Toaster never worked either. The view was good."

"Our unit clearly wasn’t cleaned in the past month or so. A layer of dust everywhere, dishes in the dishwasher when arrived, old coffee still in the maker, lint all over the walls where the dryer was, and worst of all, my toddlers feet were filthy from running around the unit. Condo location was great and close to the beach and had beautiful sunrise views. The location of the rental office was bad that we had to drive there to check in and drop off key. The Vrbo listing was not clear that you would have to drive to the office to check in and that there is a separate fee from condo building you have to pay too. I would probably not stay here again."

"I wish the kitchen was more organized , and had more space for food storage .Otherwise no complaints at all, it was an awesome space and loved our stay there , the pier was was very relaxing !"

"The place was beautiful and clean… Way more spacious than we expected. Loved the kitchen and it was stocked with plenty of dishes, cups, bake ware and pots/pans. Enough seating for 8 people to comfortably be in the family room and kitchen table, which is hard to find. It’s a great location and our teenagers enjoyed being able to quickly get to the boardwalk whenever they wanted to do the arcade or rides. I gave 4 stars 1. The mattresses could be replaced they were not comfortable and 2. our first night the carbon monoxide detector was beeping and when we called Ocvacations emergency line they never called back. We called a second time and the operator was pretty rude. We ended up calling 911, the fire dept got to us quickly to tell us it was a faulty battery and there were instructions on the detector. Felt like a waste of the fire dept time when an operator could have helped us with that. Overall a wonderful vacation and would use OCvacations again"

"Condo was very nicely decorated, great location and loved sitting on the balcony at night. OC vacation was very nice to deal with and even though we had a few issues they were taken care of. Our daughter got engaged this week!!!!!"
